Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hbccars70@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue you a gift card for HBC Cars in the amount of the cars purchased and refund the shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For all damaged product you will be reimbursed in a gift card for HBC Cars. All shipping fees will be returned to you. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued on a gift card for HBC Cars online store. You will be refunded for all shipping cost.  Please remember it can take 2-3 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
